Prior to moving into this central firm role this year, Kat had over 22 years’ experience of risk, compliance, quality and case management development as Systems Support Manager for Clarke Willmott’s leading Debt Recovery Team. She successfully managed the operational requirements of some of the industry’s largest debt recovery contracts, aligning legal process, client needs with regulatory and data security risk management.
