She oversees a budget of over £20m and has teams based in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Managing the marketing function for an international firm is particularly challenging as DLA Piper speaks 18 different languages across 31 jurisdictions. Every market requires nuances in approach and messaging. At the same time, maintaining the global coherency of the brand is essential to leverage the strength of a worldwide operation that employs thousands of people.
